Some of them had the complaint for not being mentioned on the blog. Its turn-wise that everyone would be introduced na! Anyways, here's one for you people - - -
Well, their job is relatively feeble right now; and yet a big deal. Indeed. Finally, they're going to be our actual show managers - our beloved event coordinators....!!
A bunch of talented people bubbling with energy, ideas and enthusiasm. Once the events were finalized; everyone was "ON THE MOVE. . ." Bent on preparing everything that surrounded their event; right from requirements to rules to format to innovations to new inclusions to website contents - just everything.....
I remember one of the core committee members PK sitting with them all and arguing upon the format of events; which ones to keep, which not; what to do and what not!
tough job!!
But our coords are innovative enough. Name them; assign them and the next day your works is sure to be done most often!
And there are some multi-taskers sitting out there-
E.g. : Miss J was initially playing with words; thinking of one followed by the other and then the third. She somehow did not seem satisfied with the near to perfect one; she wanted the exact match! She was helping the others out with finalizing name and tagline.
Mr. A is really worried about companies not responding to his E-mails for workshop proposals and so is Miss N. Both of them have spent hours together calling up people, trying to fix up something. No results yet but they're still hopeful. Hats off to their efforts.
Mr. M who keeps people entertained with his HATHODAs; but contributes something useful in some application development. This is the space where such unnoticed funny episodes get captured.
And there are many more. I just came across one; as an operator, surfing through the spectrum10 id for the mail updates. And someone began chatting and I continued. Not as myself; but as SPECTRUM'10 interactive chat module :) [that too designed by our web designers.. lol]
And finally I had a good laugh, when people still took me as the interactive chat module.
Of course, no offence for the one... :)
The process of event planning has turned out great and when the actual show runs; we the SPECTRUM'10 team are sure - you all will make it grand!!
Keep up the good work and let it keep growing......!!
And yes, keep the innovation stuff on; the show must go on; but the show must go on grand!!
